Survey on travel information requirements for Persons-with-Reduced-Mobility (PRM)

This survey seeks to hear from disabled people, persons with reduced mobility (PRM) and those who accompany disabled people and PRM when travelling, so as to better-understand their travel information requirements. 

It is part of a European Commission funded research project to support and encourage service providers to design travel information services to better-meet the requirements of disabled people and PRM.

Please note that your responses are anonymous, and we require no details from you that would enable you to be identified amongst the responses we receive to the survey. By completing the survey, you are providing your consent for your responses to be used as part of this research. If you choose to provide us with your email address at the end, so that we might ask you any further follow-up questions, we will store this separately and securely.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes. For your convenience, you can choose one of the three languages available i.e. English, Portuguese and Dutch. The survey platform has been reviewed for its accessibility. If you have any difficulties with this format, please let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements for you to complete the survey.
